It’s shown even more antioxidant activity than green tea, including antioxidants like caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, catechin, quercetin, and rutin. Chlorogenic acid can’t be found in any other antioxidant drinks, and it’s been linked to preventing cardiovascular disease. 

One of the best antioxidant juices is pomegranate juice. It’s very powerful, but this is one of the antioxidant juices that you should drink in moderation - because it doesn’t contain very much fiber.
