Liquid Vitamin B7 Supplement

Vitamin B7, or biotin, is a vitamin that can be found in a variety of foods like eggs, milk, and bananas. If there’s not enough biotin in your system, you may notice thinning of the hair or a rash on your face as side effects of biotin deficiency (1).

This is where a liquid vitamin B7 supplement could come in handy. Since biotin is an important part of the enzymes in the human body that break down fats and carbohydrates, supplementing your diet with liquid biotin could save you from experiencing negative symptoms, including contracting a red, scaly rash around the eyes, nose, and mouth.

If you experience hair loss, brittle nails, or other such conditions, we recommend that you talk to your doctor about incorporating biotin into your everyday routine. It’s also important to keep your doctor up-to-date if you do decide to take biotin, as its presence in your system has the potential to interfere with any blood tests you may need for unrelated reasons.

It’s recommended that the average adult consume 30 mcg of biotin daily, but only a small amount of that can be found in eggs, milk, and bananas. If you are pregnant, the same amount should be consumed. If you are someone who is breastfeeding, though, the amount goes up to 35 mcg. The amount of biotin recommended for children varies on age, so it’s best to consult your healthcare provider if you think that your child could benefit from a vitamin B7 supplement. Typically, children should get between 5-25 mcg daily.

If you have a specific condition that you think could be aided with the presence of vitamin B7, talk to your doctor and see what they think. It’s common for people who are undergoing kidney dialysis to be biotin deficient, so they are commonly benefitted by a vitamin B7 supplement, like what’s included in Liquid Daily

Biotin Oil

It’s common for people to use biotin oil for skin, as it plays an important role in getting and maintaining healthy skin (2). The reason behind this is because enzymes rely on biotin to function, and vitamin B7 is important for producing energy and forming fatty acids that nourish the skin.

There is not enough research to say with 100% certainty that pure biotin oil has a positive effect on skin if you are not someone who is deficient. There is evidence to show that supplementation can help, more research is needed in order for science to say, without a doubt, that even people without biotin deficiencies should be using it for their complexions.

But because there’s been such an uptick in biotin popularity lately, many people - with deficiencies and without - are wondering how to make biotin oil at home. The answer doesn’t come without a little work - and it’s not as simple as making your own oil. In fact, what works better in the comfort of your own home is making your own biotin powder (3).

You can make your own biotin powder with a few key ingredients:

  • 100 g sprouted wheat berries
  • 100 g raw peanuts
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp amla/Indian gooseberry

After you’ve collected your ingredients, the next steps are pretty straightforward. Dry your sprouted wheat berries in the sun (or use a dehydrator, or an oven on low heat). From there, put the dried wheat berries in a blender alongside the peanuts, pumpkin seeds, beetroot powder, and amla. Once all of the ingredients are added, blend them into a fine powder and store the mixture in a glass jar.

This homemade biotin powder typically lasts up to 4 months, and you can add it to a number of things like smoothies, or even dough if you’re making bread. You can also turn it into a porridge-like meal by adding water and boiling for 3-5 minutes. It’s a very versatile powder, and easy to incorporate into almost any meal

Liquid Biotin Hair Growth

Now that you know the ways in which biotin can help the complexion, you might be wondering: does biotin help hair growth? The answer is that, because biotin converts glucose from carbohydrates into energy that helps amino acids carry out normal bodily functions, those normal bodily functions could entail the act of helping hair grow. Now, whether you can get the right amount of biotin from a balanced diet or if you need liquid biotin hair growth supplements to exacerbate the results is still up in the air.

There are plenty of reasons why people are drawn to taking biotin in order to help their hair. These reasons include the fact that it can thicken and strengthen hair - strand by strand. It also has the potential to protect hair, making it less likely to break off at the ends, which definitely helps in the length department. It can also improve hair quality as a whole, which in turn enhances shine - and who doesn’t love having shiny hair? Biotin in general also encourages a healthy scalp and hair overall. It can improve the infrastructure of keratin, which is a basic protein that makes up hair, skin, and nails. It can improve the volume of the hair along with scalp coverage, especially if you put liquid biotin on scalp.

Biotin supplements may also prevent hair loss because of the way it fights inflammation, which happens to be one of the leading causes of hair loss. Because of this, many people use it as a preventative measure to keep their head of hair thick and healthy. Sometimes, getting ahead of the problem before it even occurs by using the solution to the problem can keep it from getting out of hand, and that’s why biotin can be a smart choice for people who have premature balding running in their families.

Biotin Oil For Hair

How to use biotin oil for hair growth is simple - the most common way that people incorporate it into their routines is through shampoo. But since everyone enjoys different brands of shampoo, another common method is by taking a biotin, or vitamin B7, supplement. This is especially helpful if you’re not getting enough biotin from your diet. The way you can make sure to get enough biotin from the foods that you eat is by upping your intake of meat, eggs, fish, seeds, nuts, and certain vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and sweet potatoes (4).

If you’re already getting enough biotin from your diet, taking biotin oil for hair might not be necessary. As always, talk it over with your doctor before making any decisions.

If you and your doctor come to the decision that biotin oil is a good choice for you, you might be curious about the best biotin oil for hair growth. And while the list of biotin oil for hair benefits is long - including things like more voluminous hair, shinier strands, and a healthier scalp - a lot of those benefits also depend on making sure you eat the right foods. And not just foods that are rich in biotin, either. It’s also about getting enough protein in your diet, as hair is made up of about 80-85% of protein - a protein called keratin (5). When protein is added to shampoos and conditioners, it strengthens the hair shaft and thickens the hair, so imagine what a good amount of protein in your diet will be able to do for your mane.

If you want to get the most out of biotin oil for hair, make sure you know how to use it. You’ll most likely see the best results if you apply the oil directly to your scalp and massage it in; that way, the active ingredients can be absorbed right through the scalp and then stimulate the dermal papilla, which is the part of the follicle that stimulates growth. It also encourages circulation, which encourages hair growth as well.

Does Biotin Help Beard Growth

After all this talk about biotin for hair on the head, you’re probably curious - does biotin help beard growth too? This is a question that matters to many men, since beard popularity is on the rise and not everyone has an easy go of it when it comes to growing a full beard. Because of this, men are looking into biotin for beard growth.

The truth is that the best biotin for beard growth is biotin that is consumed orally, not topically (6). Because of this, we can’t recommend Liquid Daily enough, as it includes vitamin B7 that you might not be getting from your diet, and if you’re not getting enough in your diet, your beard may be patchy and thin.

So which biotin is best for beard growth? Probably not the biotin in a serum or hair treatment. The best vitamins for beard growth are those that you ingest, and this is because of the way that the body absorbs biotin. In order to get the results that you want, evidence shows that the biotin should likely be ingested

Combining biotin and folic acid supplements for beard growth could be a great option, as folic acid is responsible for healthy cell growth (7), and this includes the cells inside your hair, skin, and nails. While there’s no evidence that proves that folic acid does the trick on its own, it would only make sense for it to work wonders when paired with biotin, as the two have the same end goal in mind.
