Daily Suggested Use
Shake well before use. Adults (18+) take 2mL, Kids (4-17) take 1mL, and Toddlers (1-3) take 0.5mL. Add to any drink or take directly under tongue (hold for 15 seconds and swallow) for faster absorption.
