Return & Refund Policy

At Better Family, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • Unused and unopened

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at hello@betterfamily.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at hello@betterfamily.com with your order details.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Opened personal care items or supplements

Amazon Orders

If your purchase was made through our Amazon store, returns and refunds must be handled directly through your Amazon account in accordance with Amazon’s policies.
